Pilgrim of Hope is a project for organising jubilee pilgrimages and enhancing the places of Saint Ignatius of Loyola in Rome.
It was conceived by Itinerari Ignaziani, with the contribution of Fondazione Roma and under the patronage of the Dicastery for Culture and Education.
The project is part of a broader system of activities aimed at the permanent enhancement of the places linked to Saint Ignatius of Loyola in Rome. Its purpose is to facilitate, accompany, and promote pilgrimages with spiritual and personal well-being goals, inspired by Ignatian spirituality.
During the Jubilee Year, pilgrimages and jubilee events will be offered, and requests for accompaniment of pre-established groups will be welcomed.
Conceived for the city of Rome—having as its privileged setting the Church of Rome and the saints who have lived and served within it—the project also carries international significance, thanks to the universal Church’s interest in the proposed themes. It is addressed to pilgrims coming from all over the world.
