From Jerusalem to Rome, following the steps of the Pilgrim Ignatius.

For organizational reasons and lack of funds, the Second Colloquium originally scheduled in Jerusalem from July 5 to 16, 2025, has been cancelled. However, we are pleased to propose a new interesting initiative: a Study Day titled “Saint Ignatius of Loyola and the Holy Land”, which is scheduled to take place on October 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM, at the Pontifical Gregorian University. The event will celebrate the fifth centenary of Saint Ignatius’ pilgrimage to the Holy Land (1523) and will offer an important opportunity for deepening the characteristics of Ignatian pedagogy and spirituality.
Starting from Saint Ignatius’ pilgrimage to the Holy Land, several speakers will share reflections on the roots of Ignatian spirituality and pedagogy, aiming to shed light on a spirituality based on experience and a student-centred pedagogical approach.
More information will follow.
We look forward to welcoming you to this occasion dedicated to learning and exchange.
