In the current editorial horizon of journals of Ignatian spirituality, research articles and in-depth studies do not find adequate editorial space, and authors not infrequently find it difficult to publish their work. Because the circulating journals are aimed at a wide audience, researchers are encouraged to publish short papers, avoiding specialized language, often forcing them to non-publication or publication as “guests” in research journals that are not specialized. Ignaziana aspires to fill this void.
